Special Orders
If you are looking for supplements or groceries we don’t carry, PDT Foods can order what you need. We order every Monday and orders come in on Fridays. Here are some common Special Orders we place for our customers:
- Supplements
- Bulk Flours and Grains (5 lb, 25 lb, 50 lb bags)
- Yogurt (comes in 12-packs)
- Cases of groceries (usually 12-packs): Spaghetti Sauce, Refried Beans, Annie’s Mac & Cheese
- Cottage Cheese (comes in 6-packs)
- Milk (usually comes in cases of four gallons)
Important information about placing Special Orders
- We order every Monday morning. Special Orders not in by Sunday afternoon will be ordered the following week.
- Orders come in every Friday. We will call you when your Special Order comes in.
- MOST groceries come in a case of 12. We cannot order split cases, so you must order an entire case when placing a special order. See wholesale catalog (at the store) or call for case sizes.
- Supplements can be ordered by the bottle.
- NO DISCOUNTS on Special Orders. We have a set 35% markup on Special Orders, which is a considerable discount off retail pricing. Members and volunteers may not take additional discounts on Special Orders.
- Prices in the wholesale catalogs are to be used as a guide. Our wholesalers may change their prices at any time.
